Mizra builds professional websites for small businesses in Israel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
50% deposit is due at signing to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before the website goes live.
All prices are in NIS. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Websites are delivered within 48 to 72 hours after we receive all necessary materials (text, images, branding assets).
Delays in material delivery by the client may extend the timeline.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If the project is cancelled before delivery, any unused balance beyond the deposit may be credited toward a future project.
Once the website is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate.
Upon full payment, the client owns the website code and content. Mizra retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting, domain registration, and third-party integrations are the client's responsibility unless included in the package.
Mizra is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from the use of the website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

מקדמה של 50% נדרשת בחתימה כדי להתחיל בעבודה. ה-50% הנותרים ישולמו עם מסירת האתר, לפני העלייה לאוויר.
כל המחירים בשקלים חדשים. ניתן לשלם בהעברה בנקאית או כרטיס אשראי.
אתרים מסופקים תוך 48 עד 72 שעות מרגע קבלת כל החומרים הנדרשים (טקסט, תמונות, נכסי מיתוג).
עיכוב באספקת חומרים על ידי הלקוח עלול להאריך את לוח הזמנים.
המקדמה אינה ניתנת להחזר לאחר תחילת העבודה. אם הפרויקט מבוטל לפני המסירה, יתרה שלא נוצלה מעבר למקדמה תיזקף לזכות פרויקט עתידי.
לאחר מסירת האתר ואישורו על ידי הלקוח, לא יינתנו החזרים.
כל חבילה כוללת מספר מוגדר של סבבי תיקונים כמפורט בהצעה. תיקונים נוספים יחויבו בתעריף השעתי.
עם תשלום מלא, הלקוח הוא הבעלים של קוד האתר והתוכן. Mizra שומרת על הזכות להציג את הפרויקט בתיק העבודות שלה אלא אם הוסכם אחרת.
אחסון, רישום דומיין ואינטגרציות צד שלישי הם באחריות הלקוח אלא אם נכללים בחבילה.
Mizra אינה אחראית לכל אובדן הכנסות, נתונים או עסקים הנובעים מהשימוש באתר. אחריותנו מוגבלת לסכום הכולל ששולם עבור השירות.
